Job summary

Macquarie Asset Management is seeking a funds services professional in Sydney to support daily unit pricing, ETF reviews and mandate performance. You will coordinate onboarding, terminations and liaise with portfolio managers, risk/compliance and custodians to ensure accurate reporting.

The role emphasises accuracy, timeliness and collaboration across central product and front-office teams in a global, flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in fund accounting, fund service or fund administration.
• Strong knowledge of unit pricing, performance and tax distributions.
• Experience with ETFs and fixed income/equities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review daily, monthly and quarterly unit pricing, including ETFs.
• Review mandate performance and fund distributions, including funding requirements and yearend tax statements.
• Coordinate fund and client onboarding, fund terminations, and liaise with product, front office and custodians.
