Macquarie Asset Management is seeking a funds services professional in Sydney to support daily unit pricing, ETF reviews and mandate performance. You will coordinate onboarding, terminations and liaise with portfolio managers, risk/compliance and custodians to ensure accurate reporting.

Join our Enterprise division in Macquarie Asset Management and support our fund service and administration team. Our team’s focus and responsibility cover all management investment schemes and separately managed client activities (mandates). The Fund Service and Administration team is responsible for the daily operations that support the Investment Functions. The team has overall responsibility for, Unit Pricing and Performance oversight, Tax Distributions reviews, interactions with Registry, Transition and Implementation activities including Terminations. The team also supports the launch of new products, mandates and or restructures. We are a global financial services group operating in 30 markets with 57 years of unbroken profitability. You will be responsible for the preparation and review of daily, monthly and quarterly unit pricing, including ETFs. Review and oversight of Mandate Performance. Review of monthly and quarterly fund distributions including preparation of funding requirements and yearend tax statements. Preparation and review of daily reporting and monthly reporting for Clients including currency overlay. In addition, you will coordinate new fund and client on-boarding, management of fund terminations, liaise with central product and front office teams, which will include portfolio managers, risk and compliance, and with our third party custodians.
