Job summary

Airtree is Australia and New Zealand's leading venture capital platform. This is a generalist operations role overseeing compliance, investor operations, vendor management and in-house tooling to run a scalable $2bn fund structure.

You will own the compliance calendar, run SLAs with providers, and help evolve the in-house platform. The role emphasizes practical problem solving, strong organization, and clear communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years in fund operations, compliance or operational risk at a fund manager, AFSL holder, fund administrator or professional services firm.
• Or a business/finance/tech graduate with ~2 years of operational work and fast learning ability.

Responsibilities

• Keep the firm compliant with AFSL, AML/CTF and fund obligations; maintain calendar, lodgements and licences.
• Onboard investors, manage DDQ library, and support due diligence responses.
• Own IT and security providers; run monthly reviews and ensure vendor security and AI tool registrations.
• Deliver operations projects, automate workflows, and document processes to reduce single points of failure.
