Job summary

Depot Brewery in Artarmon, NSW is seeking a Functions & Events Coordinator to manage end-to-end bookings and delivery of events across Depot Brewery and Buckle Cafe Distillery. This casual role has a clear path to full-time as the events calendar grows.

You will be the main contact for hosts and coordinate with bar, kitchen, brewery and distillery teams to ensure every event runs smoothly. Experience in hospitality and strong communication are essential; a hands-on, team-first approach helps

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, events or functions coordination.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Highly organised; able to juggle multiple bookings.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Team player in a small, hands-on team.
• Interest in craft beer and hospitality a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist enquiries and bookings from first contact to confirmation.
• Prepare quotes, run sheets and event packages.
• Coordinate with bar, kitchen, brewery and distillery teams.
• Oversee events on-site, some evenings and weekends.
• Build relationships with corporate clients and local businesses.
• Help develop and promote our functions offering.
• Keep the events calendar and booking system up to date.
