Job summary

The Glen Hotel Pty in Inverell is seeking a Functions & Catering Attendant to support both functions and catering operations. As a Functions & Catering Attendant, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional service across both the Club's functions and catering operations. This hands-on position involves setting up, servicing, and packing down functions and events, while also working within the Catering Department to assist with food service, presentation, and customer care. You will work closely with the Functions, Catering, Bar, and Kitchen teams to ensure a high standard of service is provided to members and guests. The role requires a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and special events as required.

Key responsibilities

Set up and prepare function rooms, equipment, and event spaces

Provide food and beverage service during functions and catered events

Assist with catering preparation, presentation, and replenishment of food service areas
