Job summary

The Fresh Collective is seeking a Functions & Events Service Manager to lead delivery of client and guest experiences at Melbourne venues. You will manage events from setup through service and pack down, directing a hands-on service team of waitstaff and bartenders across a 5-day week.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in hospitality management, strong leadership and organisational skills, and RSA. Full-time Australian working rights required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a management role within the hospitality industry.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Driven by delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Organised with good time management skills.
• Flexibility to work at different hours throughout a 5 day working week.
• Valid RSA.
• Fulltime Australian working rights.

The Fresh Collective are looking for a passionate and experienced Functions & Events Service Manager to manage and deliver exceptional client and guest experiences at some of Melbourne's most exciting venues.

Reporting to the Events Operations Manager, you will use your leadership and organisational skills to ensure seamless delivery of events on a daily basis, ranging from lunches through to sit down formal dinners and high-end cocktail parties whilst ensuring service standards are continuously maintained.

The Role
