• Experience leading functional testing activities within technology or business transformation environments.
• Strong understanding of test planning, test execution, defect management, and quality assurance processes.
• Experience coordinating testing across multiple stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Ability to assess risk, prioritise testing effort and provide practical recommendations.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience working within Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional testing activities across projects, programs, and business initiatives.
• Develop and execute test strategies, plans and schedules that support successful delivery.
• Coordinate test resources, environments, defect management, and test execution activities.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, project teams, and vendors to ensure requirements are effectively validated.
