Job summary

HSBC Australia is seeking a Test Manager to shape and lead end-to-end testing across the delivery lifecycle within a banking context. You will coordinate across Business, Operations, IT, Compliance and third parties to ensure compliant, fit-for-purpose solutions and transparent governance reporting.

The role requires extensive experience in large change programmes, and the ability to translate regulatory requirements into pragmatic test coverage while driving continuous improvement in testing

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects within banking/financial services.
• Extensive experience in end-to-end testing across delivery lifecycle.
• Ability to translate business and regulatory requirements into pragmatic test coverage.

Responsibilities

• Identify testing objectives, create test plans and environments.
• Oversee multiple concurrent test activities to meet time, quality and governance standards.
• Manage defects, data readiness and blockers; drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Provide governance updates on milestones, outcomes and risks.
