PwC Australia is seeking experienced Functional Architects and Delivery Leads to drive transformation using Microsoft AI Business Solutions, Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Copilot Studio. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, shape operating models, and deliver secure, scalable enterprise solutions that align with client objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex workstreams, programs or multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Strong business process and requirements analysis skills.
• Ability to bridge strategy, operations and technology delivery.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders and business leaders.
• Solid understanding of solution design and enterprise architecture principles.
• Practical knowledge of integration, security, environments, ALM, DevOps and governance.
• Experience managing delivery risk, dependencies, finances and commercial outcomes.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for using AI, automation and modern business applications to solve complex problems.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform and Copilot Studio is highly regarded.

What you’ll do:

This is not a traditional functional consulting role. You will work at the intersection of business transformation, enterprise technology, AI and delivery leadership, helping clients rethink how work should happen and leading multidisciplinary teams to bring those outcomes to life.

Shape transformation outcomes

• Work with business and technology leaders to define future-state operating models objectives and processes.
• Lead discovery, design and solution-shaping activities across customer, service and operational domains.
• Challenge existing ways of working and identify opportunities for automation, AI and agent-based experiences.
• Translate business objectives into practical Microsoft solution architectures and delivery roadmaps.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across Australia and offshore delivery centres.
• Manage scope, risks, dependencies, quality, and stakeholder expectations.
• Drive successful outcomes through design, build, testing, deployment, and adoption.
• Maintain accountability for delivery quality and client satisfaction.

Provide functional architecture leadership

• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams.
• Guide key decisions across process design, data, integration, security and platform governance.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned to business objectives.
• Provide leadership across Dynamics 365, Power Platform and AI-enabled solutions.

Build trusted relationships

• Facilitate executive and management workshops and design sessions.
• Partner and form long lasting relationships with Microsoft, and client stakeholders at all levels.
• Create confidence through clear communication, structured problem solving and pragmatic decision-making.
• Support pursuits, proposals and growth opportunities.

What we’re looking for:
