Job summary

PwC Australia is seeking a Transformation Delivery Senior Associate to guide large-scale transformation programs for clients across finance, technology, energy and health sectors. You will translate business objectives into actionable plans, govern delivery, and leverage AI-enabled approaches to improve performance.

You will work with a flexible, collaborative team and build strong stakeholder relationships while delivering high‑quality outcomes for ASX-listed, not‑for‑profit and private clients

Qualifications

• Program & Project Management experience, well‑versed in agile and traditional methodologies.
• Solid grasp of PMO functions, including governance, risk management, and reporting.
• Outstanding communication skills for client workshops and stakeholder alignment.
• Proactive problem solver able to drive AI acceleration within professional services.

• Apply critical thinking and AI‑enabled approaches to improve project performance and delivery efficiency.
• Support project governance activities including planning, RAID management, dependency tracking, reporting, and delivery assurance.
• Collaborate with clients and cross‑functional teams to translate objectives into actionable plans and coordinate execution.
• Lead workshops and communications to align team and client expectations and drive outcomes.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships through effective communication and high‑quality delivery.

As a Transformation Delivery Senior Associate, you’ll play a vital role in delivering and governing large-scale transformation programs, translating business objectives into actionable plans and improving project performance through strong stakeholder engagement and AI-enabled approaches. You’ll do this as part of a flexible, collaborative team, working with clients across ASX-listed companies, not-for-profit organisations and private clients in finance, technology, energy and health.

What you’ll do:

• Work as part of high-performing transformation teams to solve complex business challenges and deliver large-scale change initiatives for leading Australian organisations.
  
• Apply critical thinking, structured problem-solving, and AI-enabled approaches to improve project performance, delivery efficiency, and stakeholder outcomes.
  
• Support project governance activities including planning, scheduling, RAID management, dependency tracking, reporting, and delivery assurance.
  
• Collaborate with clients and cross‑functional teams to translate business objectives into actionable plans and coordinate successful execution.
  
• Actively adopt AI and emerging technologies, sharing lessons learned with the team.
  
• Build strong stakeholder relationships through effective communication, workshop facilitation, and the delivery of high-quality project outcomes.

• Demonstrated expertise in Program & Project Management, well‑versed in both agile and traditional methodologies.
• Solid grasp of PMO functions, including governance, risk management, and reporting, to ensure program success.
• Outstanding communication skills, adept at crafting compelling narratives, aligning team and client expectations, and conducting engaging client workshops.
• A proactive problem solver with a knack for relationship building, navigating organisational complexities, and leading the charge in AI acceleration within professional services.
