Job summary

City of Boroondara is seeking a collaborative and customer-focused Functional Analyst to provide functional support, business analysis expertise and stakeholder engagement across a diverse range of enterprise applications.

Reporting to the Lead Analyst, you will act as the vital link between business users, service owners, vendors and technical teams, gathering requirements, documenting processes and supporting system changes, testing and education.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, Application Support or similar role.
• Strong understanding of how business processes are enabled by technology.
• Experience troubleshooting application issues and coordinating resolutions.
• Proven capability in requirements gathering, documentation and business analysis.
• Experience with process mapping, testing and supporting system change.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A strong customer focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
• The ability to quickly learn new systems and business processes.

About The Role

About You

You Will Bring
