In this role, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to map customer journeys, identify improvement opportunities, and design simpler, more efficient services that enhance customer experience. You'll play a key role in supporting the implementation of a modern CRM platform, driving digitisation, automation and continuous improvement.
