Job summary

The Senior Business Analyst role at the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH) delivers business analysis for key ICT systems, including The Orange Door CRM and the Central Information Point, across metropolitan and regional Victoria. You’ll work with a range of internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and support effective solutions.

THE ROLE

The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for the delivery of business analysis activities for key ICT systems and applications to support operational services and business needs. These core systems include The Orange Door Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, the Central Information Point and other associated applications and platforms. The role will engage with a range of internal and external business and technical stakeholders to understand and evaluate key requirements and support the delivery of effective solutions to satisfy those requirements. The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with the Product Owner and Manager to deliver priority outcomes.
