Job summary

The Fresh Collective in Brisbane is seeking a passionate Function & Events Supervisor to lead front of house service across our Brisbane venues. You will manage experienced service teams, ensure premium customer experiences, and drive operational excellence.

This full-time role offers 38 hours per week, a rotating 5-day roster including Tue–Thu day shifts and Fri–Sat night service, plus progression opportunities and staff discounts Australia-wide within Fresh venues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar leadership role.
• Strong background in event service operations.
• Current RSA and RMLV (Preferable)
• Full-time Australian working rights
• Commitment to a long-term role (minimum 2 years preferred)

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Report directly to the Senior Service Manager.
• Oversee service from set up through to pack down.
• Lead & supervise a team of experienced supervisors and service staff.
• Work closely with clients and the culinary team to ensure seamless delivery.
• Tuesday to Thursday day shifts and Friday & Saturday night service.
• 5 day rotating roster.

This is a full time permanent leadership role responsible for delivering premium service experiences and driving operational excellence across multiple sites.

ESSENTIALS
