Job summary

The Fresh Collective, a Sydney based hospitality group also operating in Brisbane, Canberra and Melbourne, delivers premium food and beverage experiences across venues. We seek a passionate Function & Events Supervisor to lead front-of-house teams in Brisbane and ensure exceptional service.

This full-time role reports to the Senior Service Manager, oversees setup to pack down, and collaborates with clients and the culinary team to guarantee seamless delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar leadership role.
• Strong background in event service operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Proven ability to lead, train and motivate teams.
• Highly organized with strong administrative and time management skills.
• Current RSA and RMLV (Preferable).
• Full-time Australian working rights.
• Commitment to a long-term role (minimum 2 years preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of experienced supervisors and service staff.
• Oversee service from set up through to pack down across Brisbane venues.
• Work closely with clients and the culinary team to ensure seamless delivery.
• Deliver premium service experiences and drive operational excellence.
• Report to the Senior Service Manager.
• Manage a 5-day rotating roster with Tue–Thu day shifts and Fri–Sat night service.

This is a full time permanent leadership role responsible for delivering premium service experiences and driving operational excellence across multiple sites.,

• Suitable for senior service leaders with a strong hospitality background
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Report directly to the Senior Service Manager
• Oversee service from set up through to pack down
• Lead & supervise a team of experienced supervisors and service staff
• Work closely with clients and the culinary team to ensure seamless delivery
• Tuesday to Thursday day shifts and Friday & Saturday night service
• 5 day rotating roster
