Job summary

Crystalbrook Vincent, a five-star hotel in Howard Smith Wharves, is seeking a Guest Service Agent to deliver outstanding reception and guest services. The role requires a customer-focused approach, IT proficiency, and familiarity with Opera PMS. A Brisbane-local knowledge and flexible 7-day roster (evenings and nights) are advantageous.

The position is based on-site with opportunities to contribute to exceptional guest experiences within a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Hotel guest service experience preferred.
• Strong IT skills and attention to detail; familiar with Opera PMS.
• Knowledge of Brisbane and local tourism is useful.
• Available to work across a 7-day roster including evenings and nights.
• Visa restrictions apply: cannot sponsor short-term or student visas.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in guests at reception and address inquiries.
• Support checkout and assist with guest requests to enhance the stay.
• Maintain accurate records and guest information with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth front-desk operations.
• Provide a warm, professional hospitality experience to every guest.

Skills and experience:

Your talents will include:

• You will be team centric and enjoy working to common goals
• You have previous hotel guest service experience
• With strong IT and process experience - you will have a strong attention to detail and be familiar with Opera(PMS)
• A working knowledge of Brisbane with an enthusiasm for local tourism will be useful
• An availability to work across a 7-day roster - evenings and night included
• You will be motivated to provide the best guest experience possible
