Mitti by SafetyCulture is hiring a Software Engineer II to develop reliable, scalable solutions impacting customers directly. You will collaborate with product, design, and other engineers to own features end-to-end, with a strong frontend focus and growing Go skills.

Join our Act group working on assets, actions and issues with a native mobile presence. Expect a hybrid work setup, daily collaboration, and opportunities to learn and grow with a supportive engineering team.

Qualificações

• Strong React experience with building scalable frontend systems.
• Willingness to learn Go and other parts of the stack.
• Experience with legacy or existing codebases and making effective changes.
• Ability to deliver features end-to-end in a collaborative team.
• Open to working in a hybrid Sydney HQ environment.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, test and maintain features across frontend and backend, focusing on React with Go exposure.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on main streams of work and address high-impact customer problems.
• Demonstrate strong technical abilities to improve and extend products and refactor where needed.
• Assist migration of frontend features to a new architecture as part of a broader engineering initiative.
• Leverage AI coding tools judiciously and maintain code quality through reviews and testing.
• Work with product, design, QA and mobile engineers to create customer-loved experiences.
• Adhere to hybrid working arrangements including time at the Sydney HQ.
