Job summary

LagardèreAWPL is seeking a proactive Store-Person to step into a Full-Time Team Leader role at Brisbane Airport. You will lead back-of-house stock operations, receive and distribute inventory, and ensure accurate levels and timely replenishment while coordinating with store teams and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experienced in warehouse, stock or logistics roles.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving stock safely.
• Forklift license is advantageous.

The Role:

We are on the lookout for a driven and organised Store-Personwith leadership capability to step into a Full-Time Team Leader position at Brisbane Airport.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the back-of-house stock management operations
• Receive, sort, and distribute stock across multiple stores
• Ensure stock levels are accurate and replenishment is timely
• Communicate effectively with store teams and suppliers
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and stock handling procedures
• Motivate and support a small team, setting a great example

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, stock, or logistics role
• Great communication and problem-solving abilities
• Physically fit and able to lift, move and manage stock safely
• Forklift license (advantageous but not essential)
• Demonstrated leadership skills or experience mentoring others
• Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays)
• Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
