Starbucks Australia is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy store, delivering the Starbucks Experience while achieving sales targets and strong financial performance.

You will develop and coach partners, manage rosters and budgets, and foster a welcoming Third Place in the community. This permanent full-time role offers guaranteed hours and extensive training to grow into a future Store Manager position.

Formación

• Three years of progressive responsibility with supervisory experience.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Experience in store leadership roles, preferably in hospitality or quick service.
• Experience supporting store operations and contributing to financial performance.
• Exposure to rostering, budgets, and P&L reports.

Job Description

To be a Starbucks Store Manager

We'd love to hear from people with:

• Three years of progressive responsibility related experience, including one year of supervisory experience
• Strong organisational, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• The ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners
• Previous experience in store leadership roles, ideally within the hospitality or quick service restaurant sector
• Experience supporting store operations and contributing to financial performance
• Exposure to rostering, budgets, and profit & loss (P&L) reports
