Job summary

Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen is seeking a Shift Leader to guide and motivate the team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while upholding strict food safety and quality standards.

You will lead by example, coaching staff, managing daily operations, and driving a positive work culture that supports service excellence and efficiency across shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
• Willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
• Willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course.
