Job summary

First Line Engineering Pty Ltd, located in Yatala, QLD, is seeking an organized, proactive procurement and project administration professional to join our hands-on team. You will manage purchasing, supplier coordination, invoice processing and document control across multiple projects.

Experience in structural steel, manufacturing or construction is preferred. Strong Microsoft Office skills, attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities are essential to keep projects running

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, purchasing or project administration.
• Experience in structural steel, manufacturing, engineering or construction preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Strumis experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing, purchase orders, supplier pricing and material procurement across multiple projects.
• Coordinate suppliers, subcontractors and deliveries to meet project and workshop schedules.
• Receipt purchase orders, reconcile supplier invoices against pricing and quantities, coordinate approvals with Project Managers and process invoices for export to Xero.
• Maintain procurement records, project costings and documentation within Strumis.
• Assist Project Managers with project administration, document control and general project requirements.
• Assist with the preparation of MDRs (Manufacturing Data Records) and quality documentation.
