Responsibilities

• Providing warm, welcoming customer service to all visitors and assisting with product selection.
• Processing retail transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handling payments.
• Maintaining the retail space clean, organised and visually appealing.
• Suggesting products based on customer preferences and dietary requirements.
• Supporting hospitality operations including table service and beverages.
• Packing and preparing products for dispatch to customers.
• Communicating with team to ensure smooth operations during peak periods.
• Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
