The National Golf Club is seeking a full-time Golf Operations Assistant to support a busy operations team across Cape Schanck and Long Island. The role involves managing tee time bookings, assisting with competitions and events, and delivering high-quality member and guest service.

The position requires a genuine interest in golf, strong customer-service skills, and flexibility to work across Golf Operations, Retail and Outside Services, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of golf and a genuine interest in the game.
• Strong customer-service focus with a hospitality mindset.
• Interest in or experience with retail, ideally golf or sporting goods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tee time reservations and daily golf bookings.
• Assist in preparing and delivering Club competitions and events.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests.
• Support the Retail Manager with day-to-day Golf Shop operations.
