Job summary

IntoWork is seeking an Employment Support Worker to provide person-centred employment supports to individuals with disability at West Ipswich, QLD. The role involves collaboration with the Employment Coach and Site Leader to implement daily plans and help participants achieve employment goals.

You will work closely with supported employees and their families to ensure meaningful workplace inclusion, progress tracking, and compliant support planning in a permanent full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• Capability to support people to make choices and achieve personal goals.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and guardians.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with flexible prioritisation.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of the National Disability Industry Standards is required.
• Proficiency in computer applications and basic administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred employment supports to supported employees.
• Collaborate with Employment Coach and Site Leader to implement daily plans.
• Maintain progress records and update supports as goals evolve.
• Support participants to maintain meaningful employment and workplace integration.
• Engage with families/guardians to ensure informed decision-making.
