Job summary

Mini Masterminds Merrylands is seeking a Full-Time Certificate III Educator to join our 77-place centre. You will work as part of a collaborative team to deliver safe, play-based learning experiences that support children's growth and wellbeing, following EYLF and NQS guidelines.

You will build strong relationships with children and families, observe learning, document progress, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care is required.
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) is required.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Knowledge of EYLF and NQS is desirable.
• Australian working rights are required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)

• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications

• Current Child Protection training/certificate

• Basic knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• A genuine passion for early childhood education
