Job summary

Mini Masterminds is seeking two passionate and dedicated Full-Time Certificate III Educators to join our Sydney Olympic Park Betty Cuthbert centre. You will design and deliver play-based programs, build strong relationships with children and families, and contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, ongoing professional development, and adherence to NQF/NQS standards. Australian working rights are required for applicants.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care required.
• WWCC current.
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications current.
• Child Protection training/certificate current.
• Basic knowledge of EYLF and NQS.

We are currently seeking 2 passionate and dedicated Full-Time Certificate III Educators to join our team at Mini Masterminds Sydney Olympic Park Betty Cuthbert (90-place centre).

About the Role

As a Certificate III Educator, you will work as part of a collaborative team to create engaging, play-based learning experiences that support children's learning, development, and wellbeing.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
• Current Child Protection training/certificate
• Basic knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for early childhood education
• Preferably 1+ years' experience working in an early childhood education and care setting
