LODE Pies & Pastries Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking an experienced Baker to support the daily production of our signature breads and pastries. This busy role suits a bakery professional who thrives in a premium environment and collaborates closely with the Group Executive Chef.
We value candidates with strong sourdough knowledge, 2–3 years of bakery experience, and a passion for quality. The role offers a competitive salary and a supportive kitchen culture.
LODE Pies & Pastries is where fine dining meets the daily ritual of coffee, pastry and pie. Founded by acclaimed LuMi Dining chef Federico Zanellato, we bring serious technique, exceptional ingredients and a slightly obsessive eye for detail to the things people eat every day.
Think beautifully made pastries. Proper pies. Great coffee. Thoughtful design. And absolutely no interest in doing things the boring way.
Our Rozelle flagship is where it all comes together. It’s our benchmark for food, service and guest experience — a space where quality is non-negotiable, standards are high, and the smallest details count.
We’re looking for people who get that.
People who care about what they put on a plate. Who notice the details. Who move with purpose, give a damn about hospitality and want to be part of a team that’s doing something a little different.
If you’re good at what you do, curious about what’s next and allergic to average — we’d like to hear from you.
We’re not your average bakery.
