Job summary

Starbucks Australia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in a hands-on leadership role, partnering with the Store Manager to drive store operations and a best-in-class customer experience.

You will develop a high-performing team, coach staff, and foster a positive, inclusive work environment while delivering financial performance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ progressively responsible experience, including at least one year in a customer-facing role.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in store leadership roles, ideally within hospitality or quick service restaurant.
• Experience supporting store operations and contributing to financial performance.
• Exposure to rostering, budgets, and profit & loss (P&L) reports.
• Proven ability to develop teams and foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment.
