Job summary

Mounties Group, Halekulani Bowling Club in Budgewoi, NSW, seeks a motivated 2nd/3rd Year Apprentice Chef to join our kitchen on a full-time basis. You will learn hands-on while assisting in food preparation, presentation and ensuring consistency of all dishes to patrons.

You’ll be part of Australia’s largest group of registered clubs, with uniforms provided, a supportive team culture and free onsite parking as part of our benefits.

Qualifications

• Currently completing a Certificate in Commercial Cookery.
• Self-disciplined and a team player.
• Well organised and customer focused.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to follow direction.
• Full availability – ability to work a flexible roster, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

• Assist in production to achieve high-quality preparation, presentation and consistency of all food served to patrons in a timely and efficient manner.
• Engage as a team member of the kitchen to support smooth operation and service.

About The Role

We are currently searching for a motivated and dedicated 2nd/3rd Year Apprentice Chef to join our close-knit team at Halekulani Bowling Club, located in Budgewoi, NSW, on a full-time basis!

As an Apprentice Chef, you will demonstrate an eagerness to learn and will play a crucial role in effectively engaging as a team member of the kitchen by assisting in the production to achieve high-quality preparation, presentation and consistency of all food served to patrons in a timely and efficient manner.

About You

To be successful for this role, you should have the following:
