Job summary

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent.
• Current National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Basic computer skills for reporting (email and internet use).

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meals.
• Support residents' emotional wellbeing and social activities.
• Maintain dignity, privacy, and respect for residents at all times.
• Complete daily care charts and report changes in health to nursing staff.
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high standard of care.
