Qualifications

• Experience as a Personal Care Worker.
• Driver's licence and vehicle.
• Current Car Insurance (Full comprehensive) & Car Registration.
• National police check.
• First aid & CPR.
• Blue Card.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care, bathing, grooming, showering, and dressing.
• Delivering tailored care that respects each client’s preferences.
• Supporting daily living activities at home and in the community.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Encouraging independence and enhancing overall wellbeing.

Skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Proficient in personal care tasks

Excellent time management abilities

Experience with dementia

Education

Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care (or equivalent)
