• Plan and conduct full recruitment lifecycle for ASIS roles.
• Refine selection methodologies and candidate assessment processes.
• Develop a positive candidate experience throughout selection and onboarding.
• Support recruitment projects and onboarding continuity.
• Mentor and develop junior staff where applicable.
