Job summary

Vic Sweet Land Pty Ltd Topware in Bayswater North, VIC, is seeking a Sales Consultant to own the complete customer journey from enquiry through to delivery and after-sales across showroom, trade and online channels.

You will guide homeowners and trades, convert enquiries to sales, and manage quotes, invoices and stock coordination. Experience in bathroom/kitchen products is preferred, with a focus on value-selling and strong relationship-building across customers and builders.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in bathroom/kitchen or building products preferred.
• Ability to advise homeowners and trades.
• Strong margin understanding and value selling.
• Detail-oriented with quotes and orders.
• Able to juggle quotes, orders and follow-ups.
• Rostered weekend work required.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey from enquiry to delivery.
• Consult showroom, phone, email, and online enquiries.
• Prepare quotes and invoices.
• Manage trade accounts and grow relationships with builders/plumbers.
• Coordinate stock, deliveries and order progression.
