Job summary

Australiance Group is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the Sydney team and own a full 360° desk. You will win new client business and personally deliver mandates, managing the process end-to-end with a clear path to leadership.

You’ll build a strong client network across Australia and APAC, coordinate the recruitment lifecycle, and provide a high‑quality candidate experience while expanding your market presence.

Qualifications

• ~5+ years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven track record of winning new clients and delivering recruitment mandates.
• Based in Sydney, with strong knowledge of the local talent market.
• French speaking is a plus due to collaboration with France-based teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a 360° recruitment desk, owning both business development and delivery.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes from briefing to placement and post‑placement follow‑up.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with clients and candidates to drive retention and referrals.
• Stay informed on market trends, salary benchmarks, and cross‑selling opportunities across service lines.
