Martian Logic is seeking ambitious BDRs ready to advance to full-cycle Business Development Managers. You will own the entire sales process, build pipelines, conduct discovery calls, deliver demos, negotiate, and close your own deals in a fast-growing Australian SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years B2B sales experience (strong BDR/SDR background highly regarded).
• At least 6-12 months in SaaS sales (HR tech, HCM, or payroll experience is a big advantage).
• Proven track record of high activity and consistently hitting or exceeding targets.
• Genuine passion for outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
• Strong desire to move into full-cycle selling and closing your own deals.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire sales process end-to-end from prospecting to closing.
• Build your own pipeline, run discovery calls, deliver demos, handle objections, negotiate and close new business.
