Job summary

Bunnings Group Limited is seeking an experienced Fulfilment Manager to lead the day-to-day operations across our Trade area at the Delacombe Warehouse, delivering exceptional service to Trade customers.

You will oversee daily operations of a high-volume fulfilment environment, managing inventory, order fulfilment, safety and team performance, reporting to the Site Manager and coordinating with Supervisors, Customer Service Officers, Pickers and Forklift Operators.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in warehouse, fulfilment, distribution centre or supply chain environments.
• Strong track record in high-volume pick-pack and order fulfilment operations.
• Proven ability to coach and develop operational teams.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management and customer fulfilment processes.
• Experience managing KPIs across safety, service, productivity and cost.
• Champion of Safe & Secure environment with safety leadership.
• Experience overseeing rosters and budgets.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Fulfilment Manager to lead the day-to-day operations across our Trade area of our Delacombe Warehouse and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to Trade customers.

As a Fulfilment Manager, you will oversee for the daily operations of a high-volume fulfilment environment, overseeing inventory management, order fulfilment, team leadership, safety and customer service outcomes.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will lead a small team of 7 team members and work closely with Supervisors, Customer Service Officers, Pickers and Forklift Operators to ensure orders are picked accurately, dispatched on time and delivered efficiently to our Trade customers.

You will oversee the Fulfilment department, driving performance across safety, service, cost and team engagement while partnering with Commercial teams and other local stores across the network.

Who We're Looking For

Bringing experience across fulfilment, warehousing or supply chain operations, you’re someone who enjoys leading from the floor and supporting your team to connect with customers and making things happen. You understand what great service looks like in a trade environment and take pride in delivering it consistently.

You bring a collaborative mindset, working closely with others to solve problems and deliver results. You’re comfortable balancing day-to-day operations with longer-term thinking, and you enjoy building strong relationships that make a difference.

You’ll Need

• Demonstrated experience leading teams within a warehouse, fulfilment, distribution centre or supply chain environment
• Strong experience in high-volume pick pack, inventory and order fulfilment operations
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop operational teams
• Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management and customer fulfilment processes
• Experience managing operational KPIs across safety, service, productivity and cost
• Be a champion of a Safe & Secure environment by role‑modelling safety leadership and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
• Experience overseeing rosters and budgets
