Qualifications

• Comfortable using data and performance insights to guide planning.
• Experience developing and implementing business strategies across teams and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team across Fulfilment Operations and wider business.
• Foster an inclusive culture focused on collaboration, learning and high performance.
• Partner with commercial and fulfilment teams to support activations and forecasting.
• Ensure stock accuracy and effective range management through proactive planning and analysis.
• Drive improvements to stock structure and inventory health for efficiency and costs.
• Lead adoption of fulfilment solutions for system effectiveness and cost consciousness.
• Coordinate local, national and global fulfilment initiatives with stakeholders.
• Champion continuous improvement in end-to-end fulfilment operations.
