Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning, scheduling or analytics.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with workforce systems (UKG preferred).

Responsibilities

• Secure end-to-end workforce planning, including forecasting, scheduling and rosters.
• Collaborate with leaders to balance demand, capabilities and budgets.
• Analyse workforce data to identify trends and opportunities for optimisation.
• Coach leaders on People Planning principles and best practices.
• Review contracts and hours to support operations and employee experience.
• Contribute to implementing People Planning solutions and improvements.
• Align unit People Planning strategy with country guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with IKEA policies and employment standards.
