Bunnings Limited is seeking a capable Pick Packers team member at our Wacol Fulfilment Centre in Queensland, Australia. This hands-on role covers picking, packing, stock replenishment and daily safety practices.

Join our Commercial Pick Pack team and stay active while you work. This hands-on role involves regular lifting, movement and manual handling throughout the shift.
We are seeking reliable casual, part time and full-time Pick Packers to join our team at our Wacol Fulfilment Centre. This is a hands-on role that involves picking and packing commercial orders, replenishing stock, and frequent manual handling. Successful candidates must be able to safely perform repetitive lifting and physical duties in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $28.64 per hour for permanent roles
We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $35.08 per hour for casual roles

  Who we’re looking for:
  The ideal candidate is good team player with a passion for operations and customer service. You'll have prior experience in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, can think well on your feet and have a strong focus on positive results while fostering a positive team culture.
  Our Fulfilment Centres are busy working behind the scenes regardless of weather or season, so we’re aways on the lookout for great team to join us.
  You'll need:
• Previous experience working in a similar role, with a focus on picking orders and/or cycle counting, product sequencing
• Any experience in the trade or building industry would be highly advantageous
• Good time management skills and a genuine passion for customer service
• Attention to detail is high on your radar
• Consistent focus on safety & training standards
