Job summary

Bunnings Group Greystanes Trade Centre is hiring Trade Centre Team Members to support a busy operation. This role focuses on picking and packing orders, stock movement, loading and unloading deliveries, and providing general support across the Trade Centre. The position involves regular manual handling and operates on a Monday to Friday roster.

The Greystanes Trade Centre team is looking for Trade Centre Team Members to support their busy operation. This role focuses on picking and packing orders, order fulfilment, stock movement, loading and unloading deliveries, and providing general support across the Trade Centre. The position involves regular manual handling, including lifting, carrying, bending and twisting, and operates on a Monday to Friday roster. A forklift licence is preferred but not essential. We're looking for team members who are safety-focused, reliable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

About the role:

Our Trade Centre's operate a little differently to our retail sites providing a delivery and pick up solution for key building lines, delivering bulk quantities of materials to building sites. We partner with our commercial customers, helping them manage their projects with a ‘whole of build’ solution. We stock a select number of core builders' lines, that allows our customers to build from the slab up. Everything from timber, fibre cement, cladding, windows, doors and appliances. Our Trade Centre's take the pick/pack and delivery of these bulk products out of our store environment which allows our stores to focus on giving the best customer experience and supporting other trades.

What you’ll do:

• Pick and pack orders with precision and care
• Load and unload products on delivery trucks utilising machinery (high reach and counter balance forklift) as required
• Ensure orders are dispatched in full and on time
• Replenish stock to keep our operations running smoothly
• Use equipment and machinery to safely move stock and organise products

Who we’re looking for:

• Safety is our top priority, and we need team members who can think and act safely in a fast-paced trade centre environment.
• Never worked in a trade centre before? If you have the right attitude, we’ll make sure you have the skills to get the job done.
• We believe in empowering our team members and providing the training you need to succeed.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• A current forklift license would be ideal although not essential
• Experience in warehousing, dispatch of deliveries or picking and packing of orders, or voice picking is ideal but not essential
