Job summary

Ampol Limited is seeking a Scheduler – Product Supply Operations to coordinate product supply across Ampol-operated and third-party terminals, balancing inventory, forecasts and shipping schedules. You will engage daily with terminal operators, shipping teams and commercial stakeholders to keep the network operating smoothly.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business, Finance or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, scheduling, inventory planning, shipping or operational coordination environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across multiple teams and external partners.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inventory movements across Ampol-operated and third‑party terminals.
• Execute supply and distribution plans to meet forecast demand.
• Develop and manage import and coastal vessel shipment schedules.
• Coordinate ship acceptance and berth scheduling across terminals.
• Collaborate with Ampol Singapore, Cargo Operations, Shipping and Terminal Operations teams.
• Monitor terminal stock positions and forecasting requirements.
• Minimise demurrage costs and improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain supply chain data integrity within Allegro and other systems.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
