Job summary

Ausfuel is seeking a Scheduler based at Wishart Rd Office, Berrimah, to manage stock levels and schedule fuel deliveries for metro and surrounding customers. The role emphasizes strong customer service and reliable operations in a 38-hour week, Monday to Friday, with after-hours calls as needed.

The successful candidate will coordinate loads, maintain vendor sites, communicate with internal teams, and find practical solutions to keep deliveries on schedule and fleets efficient.

Qualifications

• Scheduling bulk fuels or goods deliveries.
• Experience with bulk fuels operations and day-to-day challenges.
• Knowledge of Road Transport Logistics (Dangerous Goods, Chain of Responsibility & Fatigue Laws).
• General logistics management experience.
• Fatigue Management accreditation (advantage).
• Experience using ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling – plan loads in accordance with regulations.
• Stock management – maintain stock levels for vendor managed sites and depots.
• Customer service – provide updates on fuel deliveries.
• Maintain high internal communication with customers and stakeholders.
• Optimize fleet schedules to maximise product delivery to customer tanks.
• Troubleshoot and propose solutions for schedule or truck availability changes.
