Qualifications

• Experience in fuel industry, maintenance coordination, or field service.
• Trade qualifications in mechanical and/or electrical disciplines.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, able to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Current driver’s licence and commitment to safe, reliable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fault responses and maintenance activities to meet SLAs and safety requirements.
• Provide remote technical support on fuel systems and maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate job records and reporting within ERP systems.
• Coordinate subcontractors and service technicians across Australia to deliver efficient repair outcomes.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and customer support to improve equipment reliability and resolve complex technical issues.
