Job summary

Core Talent is seeking a Site Engineer to support the Form, Reo & Pour FRP package on a major energy infrastructure project in regional NSW. You will manage planning, safety, coordination of FRP activities, and ensure quality and programme adherence on site near Dubbo.

The role offers a 5:2 DIDO roster from Sydney, accommodation and meals, LAFHA and flexible rosters, with the opportunity to lead critical FRP work on a landmark project.

Qualifications

Hands-on FRP package delivery experience.
Experience coordinating formwork, reinforcement, concrete placement and inspections.
Strong ability to read drawings, ITPs, quality docs, and concrete specs.
Ability to coordinate subcontractors and resolve day-to-day site issues.
Civil Engineering qualification and regional infrastructure construction exposure.
Full Australian Drivers Licence.

Responsibilities

Deliver FRP scope from planning through execution on a major project.
Coordinate subcontractors and monitor progress on site.
Maintain quality and programme management throughout the package.
Ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
