Job summary

CGC Recruitment is seeking a Site Engineer to join a major defence base upgrade on a FIFO 2/1 roster. You will coordinate site engineering activities and support delivery from planning to handover.

You will work on concrete packages, with self-perform FRP experience, and report to a Senior Project Engineer; Australian citizenship is required. Flights from major Australian airports are available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years post-graduate civil/construction engineering experience.
• Experience delivering projects with self-perform FRP works.
• Background with Tier 2/3 contractor or specialist subcontractor.
• Must be an Australian citizen.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day site engineering activities.
• Assist with planning, scheduling and resource allocation.
• Ensure QA/QC compliance and documentation is maintained.
• Oversee subcontractor and self-perform concrete works.
• Order concrete and materials.
• Oversee concrete pours.
• Contribute to project delivery from inception through handover.
