Job summary

Lawrence & Hanson is seeking a hands-on customer service and sales role at our Kilkenny branch. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll be the friendly face at the trade counter and the helpful voice on the phone, ensuring customers get the right products on time and in full.

You’ll handle quotes, liaise with customers and suppliers, and help keep the branch organized and welcoming. This is a fast-paced, social role with opportunities for training, development, and career progression.

• Experience in trade sales, retail, hospitality, or any customer-facing role.
• Natural problem solver who enjoys finding solutions.
