Job summary

DP World is seeking a proactive Technical Learning Manager to join our People team in Port Botany, NSW. You will lead frontline technical training programs, translate corporate learning frameworks into site-based training and ensure learning aligns with safety and regulatory requirements.

Working with SMEs and site leaders, you will uplift trainer capability, maintain training records and support continuous improvement through data-driven insights and audit readiness.

Qualifications

  • Experience in technical training and capability development in frontline environments.
  • Experience delivering hands-on, site-based training.
  • Strong knowledge of licensing, safety, regulatory compliance and audit exposure.
  • Ability to coach and uplift site-based trainers.
  • Data-driven with strong organisation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate frontline technical training across Container Parks, including onboarding and workshops.
  • Assess trainer capability and support a train-the-trainer approach.
  • Identify training needs with site leaders and perform capability gap analysis.
  • Collaborate with SMEs and site trainers to develop learning content.
  • Maintain training records and ensure regulatory and internal compliance.
  • Support audit preparation and reporting requirements.
  • Analyze training data and workforce insights to drive improvement.
