Pinnacle Sales Group PTY LTD in Sydney is hiring a Sales & Customer Service Representative. You’ll start with training at our Surry Hills office and then work across Sydney locations with your team.

You’ll meet new people, build rapport and explain the impact of campaigns for not-for-profit partners. Strong earning potential and clear progression are tied to performance and coaching. This is a full-time role with Mon–Fri hours and a dynamic team environment.

Formación

• Naturally enjoy meeting new people and starting conversations
• Have experience in sales, hospitality, retail, customer service, sport or another people-focused environment
• Are competitive, team-oriented and motivated by clear goals and strong earning potential
• Respond well to coaching, take feedback on board and remain composed under pressure
• Take punctuality, presentation and reliability seriously
• Are available full-time Monday–Friday, hold suitable Australian working rights and can commute to Surry Hills

Responsabilidades

• Begin each day at our Surry Hills office with training, preparation and clear goals
• Head into different Sydney communities alongside your team
• Meet new people and represent established Australian not-for-profit organisations
• Learn how to capture attention, build trust and communicate the impact of each campaign
• Inspire suitable customers to become ongoing supporters
• Work toward clear performance targets and use daily coaching to continually improve
