Job summary

Chandler Macleod Group is seeking a Participant Support Officer to deliver frontline customer service for a government client across NSW. You will handle face-to-face, phone, and email enquiries and support participants and stakeholders with professionalism and empathy.

This long-term labour-hire role requires onsite work and a full-time training period, with opportunities to contribute to service delivery improvements and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, service delivery, administration, or a similar customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels.
• Respond to and resolve enquiries or refer matters to the appropriate team.
• Manage participant and stakeholder interactions professionally and efficiently.
• Undertake administrative and operational support activities.
• Monitor and manage shared inboxes and customer requests.
• Conduct outbound calls and follow-up activities.
• Assist with research, reporting, and project support tasks.
• Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve service outcomes.
• Contribute to process improvements and continuous service delivery enhancements.
