Job summary

Chandler Macleod Group in NSW is seeking a Participant Support Officer to provide frontline customer service across face-to-face, phone and email channels in a government environment.

You will respond to enquiries, manage participant and stakeholder interactions, undertake administrative tasks, and support team objectives in a collaborative, fast-paced setting. This is a long‑term, full‑time opportunity with onboarding and onsite work at locations including Katoomba.

• Previous experience in customer service or service delivery

• Assist with research, reporting, and project support tasks
